Escolher o modelo certo melhora o conforto após o banho, reduz odores e facilita a rotina, especialmente em casas com pouco sol direto ou uso frequente da toalha”, explica.

Um dos primeiros pontos de atenção, de acordo com o especialista, é o tipo de fio. As toalhas de algodão seguem como as mais indicadas, mas a qualidade do fio faz diferença. “Vale priorizar fios penteados ou de melhor qualidade, que absorvem sem ‘segurar’ água em excesso. Em temperaturas elevadas, aconchego não vem de camadas pesadas ou tecidos grossos, e sim de leveza, respirabilidade e sensação agradável ao toque. Uma cama bem escolhida pode ajudar o corpo a relaxar e melhorar a qualidade do sono, mesmo nas noites mais quentes”, afirma.

A escolha dos tecidos é um dos principais pontos de atenção. De acordo com o especialista, lençóis de algodão, percal ou malha de boa qualidade permitem melhor circulação de ar e evitam a sensação de abafamento. “Tecidos naturais absorvem a umidade do corpo e ajudam a manter a pele seca, o que faz toda a diferença no conforto térmico. Para Alessandra Santos Alves Ferreira, executiva do setor financeiro, especialista em governança e cofundadora da associação Multiplicando Sonhos, o cenário global oferece um diagnóstico pragmático. “A diferença entre mercados maduros e emergentes não reside apenas no volume de capital disponível, mas na capacidade cognitiva de gerir esse capital. Ao correlacionar o contexto global com o cenário brasileiro, Alessandra destaca que o país vive um momento de inflexão regulatória com a plena maturidade da Resolução CVM 175. Para a especialista, a nova arquitetura do mercado de capitais brasileiro exige que o pequeno e médio empresário saia da “gestão de caixa” básica para a “gestão de ativos estratégica”.

“A sofisticação das regras de transparência e governança imposta pela CVM 175 é um esforço para aproximar o Brasil dos padrões globais, mas ela cria um abismo para quem não possui literacia financeira. Sem o domínio técnico dessas novas camadas regulatórias, o empreendedor brasileiro continua excluído por complexidade, perdendo competitividade frente a players internacionais”, critica Alessandra.

Empreendedorismo como Estratégia, não Lotería

Para a executiva, o custo da ineficiência financeira no Brasil é mensurável em menor produtividade e desperdício de capital humano. Enquanto o plano europeu foca em sofisticação de portfólio para PMEs, o Brasil ainda lida com a mortalidade empresarial precoce por erros de fluxo de caixa e confusão patrimonial.

“Criar um CNPJ é um ato burocrático; sustentar a viabilidade econômica é um ato de governança. O analfabetismo financeiro opera como um freio silencioso: empresas subcapitalizadas e decisões de curto prazo são sintomas de uma base educacional frágil. No agregado, isso se traduz em um risco sistêmico que compromete a resiliência da economia nacional”, resume.

O Custo de não Agir: Uma Agenda de Interesse Nacional

A visão de Alessandra é pouco indulgente quanto à procrastinação dessa pauta. Para ela, a educação financeira deve ser tratada como política de Inclusão Econômica Estratégica.

“Não se combate desigualdade apenas com transferência de renda, mas com a transferência de ferramentas cognitivas para a gestão do dinheiro. O conhecimento financeiro é o que permite ao indivíduo e ao empresário não desperdiçar janelas de oportunidade”, afirma. “A Europa está ajustando suas políticas para 2026 com base nessa premissa. O Brasil precisa entender que a literacia financeira não é um luxo, é a infraestrutura necessária para que o empreendedorismo deixe de ser uma aposta e se torne um motor real de PIB.”
